INTRODUCTION AND INSTRUCTIONS

  1. This Website has been created to allow Texas Licensed Water Well Contractors, Licensed Pump Installers, and registered apprentices to complete their state's continuing education requirements for license renewal and/or initial license application.

  2. Texas licensed holders are required to completed 4 hours per year of continuing education. One hour of the four required hours must be the completion of the Review of Water Well Driller/Pump Installer Statutes and Rules. Registered apprentices must complete one hour of continuing education devoted to the Review of Water Well Driller/Pump Installer Texas Statutes and Rules.

  3. After the completion of each course a Completion Certificate will be emailed to the address provided at the time of course purchase. As an Approved Course Provider for the state of Texas, we submit electronically to the TDLR notification of course completions. Course purchasers need not submit proof of completion to the TDLR. However, course purchasers are required to copies of completion certificates for 12 months in case of a TDLR audit.

  4. Users of this site must provide a Statement of Integrity for each course completed. Prior to submitting each online CE hour the course completer is asked to sign the Statement of Integrity.

  5. Once the Statement of Integrity has been signed the course is purchased by credit card.

  6. Each CE hour completed using this online delivery system costs $34.95. For example a one (1) CE hour course offering costs $34.95 and a two (2) CE hour course offering costs $69.90.

  7. A one CE hour course is designed to take one hour to complete from start to finish. A two CE hour course is designed to taken two hours from start to finish.

  8. A course completer is only allowed to receive a CE hour credit once from each course taken. In other words, course completers may not receive additional CE hour credits by repeating the same offering more than once within the same license period.

  9. Below is a thumbnail description of the courses available and the number of CE hours (Continuing Education Units) awarded for the completion of each course.



Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel a course already submitted for processing a student must request a refund by pressing the "contact us" button on the Home Page and request a refund in writing via email. If cancellation is requested within 12 hours of submission a full refund will be processed within 30 days. If cancellation is not requested within 12 hours after submission no refund will be allowed.

Privacy Statement

ISWD will not share personal identification information relating to any student. All information provided by the student is kept confidential and not shared with any third party.
